1. I read your article in the atlanta journal constitution about charging parents for public schools. Its the right direction, I think, but it doesn’t really free the creative powers as much as a voucher system. What do you think about vouchers? i.e. all schools become private with tuition, but you can stand to earn a voucher for tuition to a school near you if you can demonstrate need. (all state run, of course, keep the feds out you know, they’d just bungle the whole thing). I think the system would make for more and smaller schools with more competition between teachers.
